I’m licensed as psychotherapist since 1993, certified in CBT, PEP®, hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, and Cooperation solution-focused program. I employ an own holistic and systemic approach, called KIKOS® (Compass for integration of complex systems). In my view, therapeutic work is more effective when different aspects of a person’s environment are included in the process of change. Meanwhile, I added different embodiment techniques into my work. So I integrate cold water immersion into different psychological processes in the last years. I’m working with people, who needs to deal with ADHD, neurodiversity, trauma, stress, depression, physical ailments and challenges and lots of them are children. I’m running an institut to share the professional wisdom with teachers, physicians, psychotherapists, medical doctors, helpers in the medical system and legal professionals. different embodiment techniques into my work. And I’m teaching therapist, seminar leader and spreaker at several international congresses (ISH, ASH, ESH, MEISA, Uruguay, China, Mexico, South africa…) I’m Member of MEG (Milton Erickson Society), Member of ISH since 2019 and Cofunder, boardmember and treasurer of Hypnosis without boarders (2024) and boardmember of ESH since 2026. Additionally I‘m mother of five children und meanwhile grandmother of two grandchildren.
